The Department of Industrial College Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness activity for first-year students on Monday, 25/5/2026, focusing on the examination instructions and regulations that must be followed during the final exams. The activity was delivered by Ms. Ansam Fadel and Ms. Tabarak Ahmed. The activity aimed to enhance students’ awareness of the approved examination rules and regulations and to prepare them for performing their exams in an organized manner, by clarifying the procedures for entering examination halls and the proper requirements for exam conduct. The program included a detailed explanation of the key instructions that students must adhere to, such as arriving at the examination hall well in advance of the scheduled time, bringing an official identification document, using a black ballpoint pen for shading the Bubble Sheet, and strictly following the directives of the examination committees and the approved regulations inside the examination halls. This activity is part of a series of awareness programs organized by the department to support and prepare students for their final examinations, contributing to a well-organized examination environment, achieving the best academic outcomes, and enhancing academic excellence and students’ success in their university journey.
