Examination Instructions 1. The examinations will be held in the Engineering Building and will start at 09:00 AM, with a duration of three hours. 2. Students must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time to identify their examination hall. 3. Any student who is absent without an official excuse will be considered failed in the course, both in attendance and examination requirements. 4. The examinations include carry-over subjects for students who are required to retake them, according to the courses assigned to each student. 5. Students must bring their latest student ID card and either a valid university ID or the Unified National Card. Under no circumstances will a student be allowed to sit for the examination without these documents. 6. Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted 30 minutes after the examination has started, under any circumstances. 7. Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode and handed over to the responsible staff member before entering the examination hall. The use of mobile phones during the examination is strictly prohibited. 8. Answers must be written exclusively in black ink. The use of any other color, including blue, is not permitted for any reason. 9. Students must maintain disciplined behavior and refrain from any action that may disrupt the order and proper conduct of the examination. 10. Talking to any student during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any such action will be considered cheating. 11. The examination will be considered invalid if the student fails to sign the attendance register before leaving the examination hall.
