Al-Mustaqbal University announced the launch of a package of summer initiatives aimed at supporting innovation, development, and continuing education, as part of its efforts to invest the summer break in a way that enhances the capabilities of its faculty members and staff. In an official statement issued by the university presidency, coinciding with the approaching end of the 2025–2026 academic year, the university noted that these initiatives come in appreciation of the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff, and as part of its commitment to sustaining academic and professional excellence in a manner that contributes to achieving the institution’s goals and serving the community. The initiatives include several key areas, most notably: activating the Center for Continuing Education, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, implementing the institutional vision for digital transformation, and offering specialized programs in artificial intelligence and its applications, in addition to participating in the establishment of the Al-Mustaqbal Science and Technology Park. The university called on all its members to actively participate in these programs, which will commence on June 1, 2026, emphasizing the provision of a stimulating environment for developing academic, administrative, and personal skills. The university also explained that registration will be conducted electronically through a dedicated form, allowing participants to select the areas they wish to engage in according to their experience and interests. It further indicated that incentives and certificates of appreciation will be awarded to participants in recognition of their efforts and contributions to the success of these initiatives, that this step represents a starting point toward building an advanced educational environment aligned with global digital transformations Al-Mustaqbal University is the number one university in Iraq.
