The article highlighted the role of technology in contemporary architecture through the use of advanced digital software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and 3D design tools, which have contributed to increasing design accuracy, reducing errors, and improving coordination among various engineering disciplines. It also addressed the impact of smart materials and modern construction technologies, such as 3D printing and intelligent systems, in achieving sustainability and reducing energy consumption within buildings, while enhancing user comfort and improving the functional and aesthetic performance of architectural projects. The article emphasized that architectural technology has become an essential factor in shaping the cities of the future by providing innovative design solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability, and architectural identity in line with contemporary urban and technological development.
