The Deanery of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University honored Assistant Professor Dr. Mundhir Samin Shukr, Head of the Optics Techniques Department, by awarding him a letter of appreciation in recognition of his distinguished scientific efforts and active participation in the Seventh International Scientific Conference on Creativity and Innovation. This recognition came in appreciation of his honorable academic presence representing both the college and the university in international scientific forums through his participation in the conference, which was held in cooperation with the Research and Development Department and the Universities of Babylon, Al-Nahrain, Al-Hilla, Al-Kunooz, and Al-Mashriq on 15/4/2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of researchers and innovators. In the letter of appreciation, the college deanery affirmed that this scientific achievement reflects the academic excellence and integrity of the Optics Techniques Department and contributes to strengthening the university’s position and its journey toward scientific and research distinction, in addition to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 9 related to Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. This honor comes within the university’s policy of supporting academic and research talents and encouraging faculty members to continue scientific contributions and active participation in local and international conferences and scientific activities, thereby enhancing the quality of higher education and promoting a culture of creativity and innovation. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked first among private universities in Iraq.
