Educational workshops were held at Al-Mustaqbal University, the leading private university in Iraq, on Tuesday, 13-5-2026, for first-year students on how to use the (Bubble Sheet) in examinations, as part of the university’s efforts to enhance exam awareness and organize the assessment process. The workshops included an explanation of the correct way to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and guidance on how to properly handle the answer sheet to ensure accurate marking of responses. They also provided instructions on time management and avoiding common mistakes during exams, contributing to improving students’ performance and academic efficiency. These workshops aimed to familiarize students with the proper use of answer sheets for both objective and essay-based questions, while enhancing their readiness for examinations through promoting awareness of the approved assessment procedures within the academic institution. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, by supporting the improvement of education quality and enhancing students’ academic skills.
