As part of strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging scientific expertise, the Department of Architecture Engineering at the College of Engineering / Al-Mustaqbal University signed a scientific twinning agreement with the Department of Architecture Engineering at the College of Engineering / University of Babylon, aiming to enhance joint cooperation in scientific, academic, and research fields. This agreement comes within the department’s vision to expand collaboration with well-established academic institutions and to promote academic excellence and the quality of architectural education. The twinning agreement includes cooperation in the fields of scientific expertise exchange, academic visits, organizing joint workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences, as well as supporting student and research activities that contribute to developing students’ skills and enhancing their creative capabilities in architecture. Both parties emphasized the importance of this step in building effective scientific partnerships that contribute to academic integration and the development of the educational environment in line with recent advancements in architectural education. This cooperation reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to strengthening scientific partnerships with Iraqi universities in support of higher education, scientific research, and sustainable development goals within the academic sector.
