We would like to inform you of the seating charts for the final examination of the second semester for third-year students in the subject of Anesthesia Techniques (formative), for the academic year 2025–2026, scheduled to be held on Monday, 11/5/2026. All students are kindly required to adhere to the instructions issued by the Examination Committee, as follows: The exam will begin at 9:00 AM, and students must be present in the examination hall at least half an hour before the scheduled time. It is also mandatory to use a black ballpoint pen only for shading the answer sheet (bubble sheet). Students must bring their official identification (National ID card, passport, or any official document containing a personal photo). We also emphasize the necessity of paying the fourth tuition installment at 100%, as the fourth badge will be distributed tomorrow morning. All students are urged to comply with the announced timings to avoid any procedures that may affect their academic progress or exam results. Students are required to arrive half an hour before the exam time to ensure smooth entry and proper organization of the examination halls. Attention must be given to writing the ministerial code (ID), which will be distributed with the attendance sheet and will be provided as a strip during the formative exam only.
