As part of its commitment to providing a safe and well-organized examination environment that ensures the smooth conduct of final examinations, Al-Mustaqbal University, in coordination with the Security and Follow-up Department, has announced a set of regulations and instructions that must be observed during the final examination period for the academic year 2025–2026. The instructions emphasized the prohibition of bringing children onto the university campus under any circumstances, as well as banning celebrations or social events داخل the university, including birthday parties or any other festive activities, in order to maintain calmness and discipline within the examination halls. The regulations also stressed adherence to appropriate university attire and prohibited wearing military or sportswear, in addition to banning slippers and “Jarkaz” footwear, reflecting the university’s academic identity and promoting an atmosphere of respect and discipline across the campus. Furthermore, the university confirmed the prohibition of gatherings of any kind within the university premises during the examination period to ensure a suitable environment that helps students maintain concentration and achieve their best academic performance. These measures come within Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to ensure the success of the final examinations and to promote a culture of commitment and responsibility in line with educational quality standards and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4, which focuses on quality education and providing a safe and motivating learning environment for students.
