Dr. Mona Kazem Kataa conducted an online workshop at 8:00 PM focusing on fractures from both scientific and practical perspectives, aiming to enhance medical knowledge regarding diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation methods.
The workshop provided a comprehensive explanation of fractures, their causes, and different types. It highlighted the most common causes of fractures, including falls, traffic accidents, sports injuries, osteoporosis, and medical conditions affecting bone health. The session also covered fracture classifications, common signs and symptoms, first aid principles, and various treatment approaches, including immobilization, surgical intervention, and rehabilitation programs.
Furthermore, the workshop included practical applications and clinical discussions on physiotherapy techniques used to restore movement, improve muscle strength, and enhance functional recovery following fractures, with active participation and engagement from attendees through the online platform.
