Held by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, a meeting was convened on Monday, 4/5/2026, at 10:00 a.m. with the teaching staff, ahead of the final examinations for the academic year 2025–2026, during which the examination instructions and regulations were presented. During the meeting, several key instructions and regulations governing the examination process were emphasized to ensure smooth conduct and proper organization. He stressed the importance of students arriving at the examination halls well in advance of the scheduled time in order to facilitate orderly entry and prevent any delays in starting the exams. He also underlined that students are not allowed to leave the examination halls before the official end of the allocated time for each subject, in order to maintain fairness and adherence to examination regulations. Furthermore, Dr. Al-Bawi called for maintaining calm and discipline inside the examination halls, ensuring an appropriate academic environment that enables students to perform their exams effectively. He highlighted the importance of full compliance with the instructions issued by the college deanship and relevant authorities. This meeting comes as part of the organizational preparations preceding the commencement of the final examinations, aiming to enhance readiness and strengthen academic and administrative discipline within the university.
