Assistant Lecturer Karar Haider Hassoon, a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, has achieved a new academic milestone by completing the requirements of the “EduBa” electronic training and continuous development platform affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This achievement came after successfully completing a series of specialized training courses aimed at enhancing the competencies of academic staff and developing their research skills in accordance with international standards. He obtained certificates of completion in the following areas:
The Bologna Process in Iraqi Universities: focusing on the latest internationally adopted educational systems approved by the Ministry.
Writing a Review Paper: mastering the skills of summarizing and analyzing previous scientific literature.
Writing Research from a Reviewer’s Perspective: understanding acceptance and rejection criteria in reputable scientific journals.
Hirsch Index (H-index): strategies for increasing scientific citations and improving the research ranking of both the researcher and the university.
