The Measurement and Evaluation Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an online workshop on Thursday, April 30, 2026, entitled “Legal Controls for Managing the Examination Process,” via Google Meet. The workshop was held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abbas Abdul Ali Al-Bawi, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs. The lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahim Al-Muslmawi, Assistant Dean of the College of Law for Scientific Affairs. During the workshop, she addressed the أبرز legal frameworks regulating the examination process, highlighting the rules and instructions that must be followed to ensure fairness and transparency in academic assessment. The workshop witnessed notable interaction from participants, who raised numerous questions and inquiries that enriched the discussion, emphasizing the importance of such workshops in enhancing legal and administrative awareness among academic staff.
