A University Imprint of Creativity A Volunteer Campaign by Al-Mustaqbal University Redefines the Educational Environment in Babylon

The Department of Archaeology at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University continues to strengthen its role in social responsibility through the launch of a major humanitarian volunteer campaign aimed at rehabilitating and repainting the walls of Zubaydat Primary School for Boys in Babylon Governorate. The initiative is held under the direct patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, Professor Dr. Hussein Waheed Aziz. The campaign, followed closely by the Head of the Department of Archaeology, Dr. Angham Salim Al-Dulaimi, witnessed active field participation from the department’s students under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Ria Naseef Jassim. The students worked collaboratively to support educational institutions, reflecting their creative energy in improving the aesthetic and service conditions of school facilities. This embodies the spirit of teamwork and cooperation adopted by the university in strengthening its relationship with the local community. This initiative aims to create an ideal school environment that provides a suitable atmosphere for pupils, directly contributing to the enhancement of the educational process and increasing students’ motivation to learn.
