The Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an in-person training workshop on Thursday, 23/4/2026, for students of the College of Science at Al-Qasim Green University, titled “Teaching Students How to Answer Using the Bubble Sheet System.” The workshop was supervised and delivered by the Department Coordinator, Assistant Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, within the framework of academic cooperation between the two universities. The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the correct method of answering using the bubble sheet, along with explaining the essential instructions that must be followed before starting the exam, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the electronic grading process. The workshop included the distribution of approved bubble sheet samples to students for hands-on training on their proper use. A detailed explanation was provided regarding their main components, particularly how to accurately fill in the Student ID fields, correctly shade answer bubbles without errors, and identify common mistakes and how to avoid them. The workshop witnessed active student engagement through practical application and discussion, which contributed to enhancing their understanding of the electronic answering system and improving their readiness for examinations. This workshop comes as part of the efforts of the Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance quality standards in the examination process, promote a culture of modern assessment, and prepare students for electronic examinations efficiently and accurately, contributing to better academic outcomes.
