In preparation for the midterm and final examinations, and as part of the Electrical Engineering Technologies Department's efforts to secure an integrated laboratory environment, the Maintenance Committee—under the directives of the Head of the Laboratories Unit, Dr. Sura Musa Ali—commenced maintenance work on the Discrete Component Trainers in Laboratory (406) on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The committee, represented by Teaching Assistants Ali Naji Radhi and Haider Karrar Hussein, conducted these works under the auspices of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi.
The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of technical maintenance in ensuring the sustainability of laboratory equipment. The scope of work included inspecting individual electronic components, verifying their operational integrity within training circuits, and addressing technical malfunctions to ensure stable and precise performance. These efforts aim to support the educational process and build a robust practical environment that facilitates student success in practical examinations.
