Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Furat Al-Sultani, the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific course entitled “Success and Leadership Skills”, presented by Lecturer Aya Mohammed Hussein, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, for first-year students on campus. The course aimed to develop students’ skills in personal leadership and academic success, and to enhance their abilities in planning and decision-making, contributing to preparing a generation capable of meeting the requirements of university education and the labor market. The course included interactive topics and open discussions with students, focusing on self-development methods, building a leadership personality, time management, and motivating learning engagement. The session witnessed notable interaction from students, who expressed their benefit from the presented content and the importance of these skills in their academic and future lives. This activity comes within the executive plan of the National Strategy for Higher Education (2026).
