The Department of English Language and Literature organized a specialized training workshop today, Tuesday, April 21, 2026, for fourth-stage students titled "Mechanisms and Methods of Scientific Defense for Graduation Research." The workshop was presented by the Department Coordinator, Asst. Lect. Mohammed Younis Jasim, with the participation of senior students preparing for their graduation. The workshop aimed to prepare students both psychologically and academically for the final defense stage. Asst. Lect. Mohammed Younis highlighted essential presentation skills and the proper methodology for responding to examination committees' inquiries. The session also provided practical advice on organizing presentations and avoiding common pitfalls during research defense to ensure high academic standards.
