The Women's Affairs Committee at the English Department, College of Education, organized a scientific workshop titled “Her Voice Matters: Women, Identity, and Psychological Strength” on Sunday, April 18, 2026. The session was presented by Asst. Lect. Tabarak Aqeel, a member of the committee, to highlight women's pivotal roles and psychological resilience.  The workshop discussed "Stereotypes" and their impact on self-confidence, featuring inspiring success stories. It also emphasized self-awareness as a tool for empowerment, engaging students in activities that fostered critical thinking.  This initiative aligns with the 2026 National Strategy to Combat Violence Against Women and Girls (Pillar III / Paragraph 2) and supports Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
