Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abid, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, held an extensive meeting with the college's website administrators on Saturday, April 18, 2026, titled: "Digital Transformation and Enhancing Institutional Presence," under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi. The meeting highlighted the pivotal role of digital transformation in enhancing the college's scientific and administrative standing. It focused on the importance of developing the electronic interface to serve as an effective window reflecting academic activities, enhancing digital interaction, and building a robust information environment that contributes to delivering the university's message and vision to both local and international communities. This initiative came as part of a series of developmental steps taken by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance electronic governance and highlight its contributions to building a smart and sustainable educational system, in line with the university's strategic vision and within the National Plan for Digital Transformation (2025–2030). This reflects a focus on keeping pace with global technical developments and employing them to serve the educational process. The meeting witnessed an emphasis on the deanship's efforts to support technical staff and provide the necessary resources to ensure the excellence of the college's institutional presence in the digital space.
