Under a slogan that bridges management and humanity, the Business Administration Department at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, announces the launch of its “First Annual Festival,” a unique event that blends academic managerial awareness with meaningful artistic expression. A Human Message in the Language of Silence The festival will host the renowned Iraqi mime artist Hussein Maltous, who will present an exceptional theatrical performance specially designed for this occasion. The performance aims to embody the impact of management on people’s lives through a powerful human message conveyed through body movements, touching the audience’s conscience and opening horizons for reflection on the responsibility of management toward global hunger and poverty. Following the theatrical performance, the activities will continue with an engaging intellectual segment through a panel discussion titled “Managerial Art”, featuring a group of distinguished Business Administration students. The session will explore the integrative relationship between leadership skills and creative spirit, and how successful management can become an art that serves humanity.
