Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Furat Al-Sultani, the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop entitled “Women and Family Security”, presented by Lecturer Rafal Qusay, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, for second-year students in the Humanities Building. This workshop was part of the awareness and scientific activities aimed at enhancing students’ societal awareness regarding family issues and the role of women in achieving stability and family security, contributing to building a balanced and cohesive society. The workshop addressed several topics related to the importance of family security, the role of women in raising generations, as well as discussing some social challenges and ways to address them through scientific and educational approaches. This activity comes within the executive plan of the National Strategy for Iraqi Women (2026). Axis: Protection and Family Stability Paragraph: Organizing workshops and awareness seminars on family issues and strengthening the role of women in achieving community security. The workshop also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5 on gender equality, as well as promoting the well-being of the family and society.
