Ms. Rafal Abbas, a lecturer in the English Department at the College of Education, has prepared a scientific and analytical article titled: "Iraq’s Secret Recipe: Dianna?" The article discusses a comprehensive intellectual framework aimed at fostering sustainable development, social cohesion, and economic empowerment, focusing on how to apply this concept within the specific context of the Iraqi environment. The article prepared by Ms. Abbas addresses three main pillars of the "Dianna Concept": Innovation and Technology Integration, Social Inclusion and Community Empowerment, and Sustainable Development and Environmental Awareness. Through this preparation, she highlighted that Iraq has a real opportunity to invest in its human resources and cultural heritage to build a stable and prosperous future via digital transformation and support for STEM education. The article also focused on the importance of addressing environmental challenges and enhancing national unity through empowerment programs for youth and women, emphasizing that this work represents an ambitious vision to transform contemporary challenges into sustainable growth opportunities for all members of society.
