As part of the Sustainability Week activities and under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, in cooperation with the University's Sustainability Week Committee, organized an awareness and developmental campaign on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. ​The campaign, titled "Gender Equality and the Pillars of Social Justice," was held under the supervision of (Teaching Assistant Ali Naji Radhi, Teaching Assistant Haider Karrar Hussein, and Teaching Assistant Mustafa Mohammed Hassan). ​The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of social and cultural awareness, focusing on providing educational information about the importance of equality between men and women in various aspects of life. It emphasized promoting women's rights and encouraging a fair educational and social environment that ensures equal opportunities for all, aiming to foster a preventive culture and build a university environment based on solidarity and cooperation. ​This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance social responsibility and highlight the contributions of scientific departments in building a sustainable future.
