As part of the Sustainability Week activities and under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, in cooperation with the University's Sustainability Week Committee, organized an awareness and developmental campaign on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. ​The campaign, titled "Women's Empowerment: Today is Yours, but the Celebration of You is Every Day," was held under the supervision of (Teaching Assistant Ali Naji Radhi, Teaching Assistant Haider Karrar Hussein, and Teaching Assistant Rand Maan). ​The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of social awareness and women's empowerment, focusing on providing educational information about the importance of supporting and empowering women in all aspects of life. It encouraged female students to pursue their ambitions and exercise their rights with confidence, aiming to foster a preventive culture and build a university environment based on solidarity and cooperation. ​This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance social responsibility and highlight the contributions of scientific departments in building a sustainable future.
