As part of the Sustainability Week activities and under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, in cooperation with the University's Sustainability Week Committee, organized an awareness and developmental campaign on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. ​The campaign, titled "The Concept of Sustainable Agriculture and Its Importance in Preserving Natural Resources," was held under the supervision of (Teaching Assistant Ali Naji Radhi, Teaching Assistant Haider Karrar Hussein, and Asst. Lecturer Ali Abbas). ​The campaign highlighted the pivotal role of environmental awareness, focusing on providing educational information about sustainable farming methods that contribute to reducing water consumption, preserving soil health, and limiting pollution. This aimed to foster a preventive culture and build a sustainable university environment based on solidarity and cooperation. ​This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance social responsibility and highlight the contributions of scientific departments in building a sustainable future.
