The Department of Anesthesia Technology organized a distinguished online scientific seminar titled:
“Microbial Threats and Control Strategies in Resource-Limited Settings”, held on Tuesday evening, April 14, 2026.
The seminar hosted Dr. Musab Nour El-Din Mohamed, Head of the Department of Microbiology at the Faculty of Medicine, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Badri University, Republic of Sudan. He delivered a valuable scientific lecture addressing the growing challenges of microbial threats in resource-limited environments, highlighting the latest global strategies for infection control and prevention within healthcare institutions.
The seminar covered several important scientific themes, including preventive measures, approaches to strengthening infection control, and the role of health awareness in reducing microbial risks. It also discussed practical applications that can be adopted in low-resource settings.
