Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Arts and Humanities / Department of Archaeology, organized an awareness campaign entitled: “Women’s Health Begins with Vitamins: Strength, Balance, and a Better Life”, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, supervised by Assistant Lecturer Ria Naseef Jassim. The campaign aimed to enhance women’s health awareness regarding the importance of vitamins and their vital role in maintaining overall health. It highlighted the essential nutritional needs across different life stages, particularly those related to bone, skin, and hair health. The campaign also focused on the prevention of vitamin deficiencies, which may lead to health issues such as anemia and weakened immunity. In addition, the campaign emphasized the importance of following a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients, correcting common misconceptions about dietary supplements, and promoting their safe use. It also stressed the significance of regular check-ups to monitor vitamin levels in the body. This initiative comes as part of the implementation of the Third National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security—specifically the pillar of prevention and protection—and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality. Al-Mustaqbal University, ranked among the leading private universities, reaffirms its commitment to supporting awareness initiatives that promote community health and empower women to take informed care of their well-being, positively impacting both family and society. #Al-Mustaqbal University Ranked First Among Private Universities in Iraq
