Within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, Professor Ibrahim Abdullah Mardas, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, participated in the comprehensive examination committee for PhD student Hiyam Mohsen Jubair from the University of Kufa. This participation was part of the discussion of her proposed doctoral dissertation project entitled: "Design and Fabrication of a Plasmonic Nano-Antenna for Medical Applications." The scientific proposal was discussed in detail, with necessary scientific observations and several modifications made to contribute to the development of the research project and enhance its suitability to the student's field of study and its alignment with the scientific standards adopted for postgraduate research.
