"Future University Participates in European-Asian Universities Conference, Exhibition, and Forum Held in Istanbul from 27th to 29th February 2024<br /><br />Future University participated in the European-Asian Universities Exhibition and Forum (EURIE) held in Istanbul from 27th to 29th February 2024. The university had a dedicated booth at the event, proudly representing Iraq on the international stage. The delegation was headed by Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdi, the university president. The opening ceremony took place at the Kadir Has Hall in Istanbul, featuring speeches by the Turkish Minister of Education, the Turkish Minister of Trade, Professor Mustafa Aydin (President of Istanbul Aydin University), and the President of EURIE, an organization representing 250 universities from various countries.<br /><br />Future University's exhibition garnered significant interest from visitors from different foreign countries, Turkey, and Iraq. This led to the signing of several cooperation agreements with universities from Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, England, Algeria, Uzbekistan, Romania, Italy, Belarus, Russia, and others. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdi, along with the delegation from the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education, participated in meetings with the Turkish Higher Education Accreditation Agency and the President of EURIE, discussing mechanisms to enhance cooperation with Turkish universities and the Bologna system implemented in all Turkish universities.<br /><br />Magdi highlighted that the conference spanned three days from 27th to 29th March 2024, during which several scientific dialogue workshops were held, discussing educational technology, sustainability, and program development.
