Assistant Lecturer Ruaa Rahman, the Documentation Officer of the Medical Physics Department at the College of Science, Almustaqbal University, participated in a procedural workshop organized by the Documents Division entitled “Procedures for Preparing and Verifying University Documents: From Master Records to the Final Document.” The workshop was held on Sunday, 1 November 2026, for academic departments and examination committees. The workshop addressed procedures for preparing and verifying university documents using master academic records, emphasizing data accuracy and consistency before issuance. These procedures contribute to streamlining workflows and ensuring the reliability of official documents. Assistant Lecturer Ruaa Rahman’s participation supported her efforts to keep abreast of procedures for preparing and verifying student documents and to develop the administrative and technical skills relevant to her responsibilities, enhancing performance and accuracy in processing transactions within the Medical Physics Department. This participation reflects the Department’s commitment to following university procedures and strengthening coordination with the Documents Division and examination committees to serve students and graduates.
