Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majid, and under the supervision of the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, the University's Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division is organizing the forum entitled “Empowering Iraqi Women in the Labor Market and Employment,” under the theme “From University to the Labor Market: How Can We Create Greater Opportunities for Iraqi Women?” This forum is organized as part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to strengthening its role in serving the community, supporting the empowerment of Iraqi women, and opening new horizons for female graduates to enter the labor market, in line with the requirements of development and professional advancement. The forum will be attended by Dr. Ala Talabani, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Iraqi Women's Affairs, and Ms. Dhifaf Al-Jarrah, General Coordinator of the National Iraqi Women's Team, alongside several team members representing various Iraqi governorates. The forum will address several key topics related to enhancing women's participation in the labor market, expanding employment opportunities, and exploring pathways for transitioning from university education to professional life.
