The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, has directed the continued enhancement of the quality of the educational process, the strengthening of institutional performance across all university departments, and the promotion of teamwork and integration between academic and administrative units. He also emphasized the importance of addressing students’ needs, monitoring the implementation of plans and directives, and developing the university working environment in line with the university’s vision and aspirations for excellence. These directives were made during an expanded meeting chaired by the University President, attended by the Vice Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, Department Rapporteurs, Directors of Departments and Divisions, and staff members of the University Presidency. The meeting focused on reviewing overall university performance and discussing key scientific, academic, and administrative matters. The meeting included a presentation on student affairs and examinations delivered by the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, who reviewed key aspects of the educational and examination processes and the follow-up of student affairs. Meanwhile, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Munther Fadhil Al-Dulaimi, presented an overview of administrative operations, highlighting requirements for improving efficiency, organization, and work mechanisms across various university units. For his part, the Director of Academic and Scientific Supervision, Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, presented a brief overview of the university’s key follow-up activities and achievements in scientific and academic fields, student activities, international relations, and sustainability. He highlighted the university’s efforts to improve educational quality, strengthen international academic partnerships, support student activities and initiatives, and reinforce its commitment to sustainable development. The meeting also addressed several issues related to improving institutional performance and strengthening coordination among university departments. Emphasis was placed on the importance of continuous follow-up and implementing directives to achieve greater integration and enhance the quality of educational and administrative services.
