The Engineering Technical College, represented by its staff and attended by the College's Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ameen Mohammed Kitab, participated in an informative and training workshop held at Al-Mustaqbal University on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The workshop focused on the procedures for organizing academic documents for the 2025–2026 academic year. It was conducted by Engineer Fatima Haider Abbas, Director of the Electronic Documents Program, with the participation of officials responsible for final-year students across the university's colleges and departments. The workshop covered detailed explanations of the procedures for organizing documents, entering and verifying data through the electronic program, as well as discussing the most common challenges and errors encountered by those responsible and ways to address them. These efforts contribute to ensuring document accuracy and the integrity of the issuance procedures. This participation comes as part of the Engineering Technical College's commitment to developing its staff's skills and enhancing their efficiency in document management and archiving, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
