Al-Mustaqbal University held an explanatory and training workshop on Sunday, November 1, 2026, focusing on the procedures for organizing documents for the 2025–2026 academic year. The workshop was conducted by Eng. Fatima Haider Abbas, Head of the Electronic Documentation Program, with the participation of officials responsible for final-year students across the university’s colleges and departments. The workshop covered the procedures for organizing documents, entering and verifying data through the electronic system, as well as discussing the challenges and errors encountered by staff during their work and identifying appropriate solutions. These efforts aim to minimize errors, ensure document accuracy, and maintain the integrity of the procedures involved in issuing official documents.
