Teaching Assistant Ameer Osama provided a scientific and practical explanation of the electron diffraction experiment to students from Al-Kut University during their visit to the Medical Physics Laboratory at the College of Science, Almustaqbal University, on November 1, 2026. The explanation covered the principle of electron diffraction and its role in demonstrating the wave nature of electrons, including how diffraction patterns form when an electron beam passes through a crystalline material. This helped students connect theoretical concepts with practical observations. The students were also introduced to the laboratory equipment, its functions, and its educational applications. The session included an explanation of the operation and main components of the electron diffraction apparatus, along with guidelines for handling and maintaining laboratory equipment. This activity formed part of the scientific visit by Al-Kut University students, contributing to knowledge exchange, practical skills development, and stronger scientific ties between universities.
