The Head of the Aviation Technologies Engineering Department at the College of Engineering Technology, University of the Future, Assistant Professor Dr. Taysir Sameer Jaaz, participated on Monday, October 26, 2026, in the second specialized workshop on scientific publishing. The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with Clarivate as part of three scientific workshops held on the sidelines of the Iraq Education Conference, hosted by Al-Naji Private University in Baghdad. This participation reflects the commitment of the University of the Future, with the support of its President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, to strengthening scientific research, developing the academic capabilities of researchers and faculty members, and enhancing their scientific publishing skills in accordance with international academic standards. Participation in these specialized workshops aims to keep pace with the latest developments in reputable scientific publishing, improve the quality of research output, and expand opportunities for scientific cooperation with specialized international institutions, thereby contributing to the advancement of research and academic performance at the university.
