Inspired by the principle “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body,” and in recognition of the importance of physical activity and well-being, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a football match involving academic staff. The activity highlighted the importance of sports in maintaining physical and mental health, promoting energy and vitality, and strengthening cooperation, social interaction, and positive competition among academic staff in a friendly sporting atmosphere. This initiative reflects the College's commitment to the health and social well-being of its academic staff, recognizing sports activities as an important element in fostering a healthy and balanced university environment that combines academic dedication with physical fitness and quality of life.
