Within the framework of enhancing cooperation among the university's various formations and ensuring the safety and health of students, the Department of Optics Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized vision screening campaign for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences on Sunday, 27/9. The campaign was carried out with the participation of a group of teaching staff from the department: Asst. Lect. Hassan Faiz, Asst. Prof. Dr. Munthir Sameen Shukr, Asst. Lect. Ali Hassan Khalil, Asst. Lect. Hassan Abdul Hadi, and Asst. Lect. Muhaimin Sameer Arif, who supervised the accurate visual examinations for the students. The campaign aimed to detect any visual problems that might affect the athletic and academic performance of the students early, provide the necessary examinations using modern devices and technologies, and equip students with the necessary health guidelines and recommendations to maintain eye health and avoid factors that may negatively affect visual acuity. The campaign witnessed wide interaction and turnout from the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, who praised the importance of this initiative in ensuring the health of their eyes and providing early detection opportunities in a supportive university environment.
