The Ministerial Evaluation Examination Committee at the Anaesthesia Techniques Department, College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al Mustaqbal University, held its monthly meeting, chaired by the Head of the Department, Professor Dr Ahmed Khudhair Al-Humairi, and attended by the committee members: Department Rapporteur Professor Dr Baha Fadel Hamza, Mr Ali Haider, and Mr Mohammed Baqir Haleem. The meeting addressed several topics related to monitoring the progress of the Ministerial Evaluation Examination and reviewing the academic and organizational requirements and procedures associated with it. Discussions also covered the level of preparedness and the assessment of examination implementation mechanisms to ensure compliance with the approved ministerial instructions and regulations. Furthermore, the attendees discussed ways to strengthen coordination among committee members and improve working procedures, contributing to the quality of the examination process and maintaining academic standards. This monthly meeting is part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to monitor examination procedures, ensure their proper implementation, and enhance academic performance in line with the University’s commitment to educational quality and effective assessment.
