Practical lectures for the "Prolog Search Strategies" course for second-year students in the Department of Artificial Intelligence continued today, Wednesday, October 28, 2026, in computer lab BL402, under the supervision of Instructor Aya Mohammed Hussein and Teaching Assistant Noor Hassan Obaid.
The lecture included a detailed explanation of search mechanisms and algorithms using the Prolog programming logic language. The focus was on how to represent knowledge bases, formulate facts and rules, and apply various search strategies, such as depth-first search and breadth-first search, to arrive at and implement intelligent programming solutions. The lab session was characterized by an interactive and engaging learning environment, with students demonstrating diligence and commitment to developing their programming skills and analyzing complex problems.
The continuation of these lectures reflects the department's commitment to providing a comprehensive learning environment that combines theoretical and practical aspects, contributing to the development of students equipped with the necessary skills to keep pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and technology.
