In line with the directives of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and as part of the University’s commitment to enhancing the quality of its services, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shaker Majdi, conducted a field visit to the Registration Department to review the progress of administrative and organizational procedures and identify work requirements and needs, thereby contributing to greater institutional efficiency. The follow-up emphasized the importance of processing students’ transactions accurately and promptly, simplifying registration procedures, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing potential obstacles. These measures aim to provide a well-organized university environment and enhance the quality of services delivered to students. This initiative reflects the Dean’s commitment to improving administrative performance, promoting efficiency and transparency, and enhancing students’ experience in completing university transactions. It also aligns with the University’s ongoing efforts to pursue continuous improvement and elevate the standard of educational and administrative services.
