Al-Mustaqbal University has strengthened its academic partnerships by signing a joint scientific and academic cooperation agreement with Cihan University-Erbil. This step aims to expand cooperation between the two institutions, exchange scientific and academic expertise, and develop joint initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of higher education and promoting academic and research excellence. The agreement was signed on behalf of Cihan University-Erbil by the University President, Prof. Dr. Amjad Al-Dalwy, and on behalf of Al-Mustaqbal University by the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi. The signing reflects both universities’ commitment to strengthening institutional cooperation and establishing effective academic partnerships that support educational and research advancement. The agreement aims to open new horizons for cooperation in scientific and research fields, facilitate the exchange of expertise among faculty members and researchers, and enhance opportunities for collaboration in academic activities and joint scientific programs.
