Within the framework of continuous follow-up on the progress of academic and administrative work, and ensuring the readiness of departments for examination periods, the Assistant Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted an inspection visit to the Department of Optics Technologies, where he was received by the teaching and administrative staff of the department. The visit aimed to field-check the ongoing work of the examination committee in the department, follow up on the progress of its assigned tasks, verify the mechanism for preparing and auditing exam booklets, and ensure the completion of all logistical and administrative preparations necessary for the smooth running of the examinations. During the visit, the Assistant Dean reviewed the committee's records and its organizational and auditing mechanisms, praising the efforts made by the committee members and the administrative and teaching staff in the department, and emphasizing the importance of accuracy and adherence to ministerial regulations and instructions to ensure the success of the examination process and provide a suitable environment for students. These inspection visits come within the framework of Al-Mustaqbal University's keenness to elevate the quality of academic services, ensure the regularity of work in all college facilities, in line with quality standards and academic accreditation.
