The Department of Optics Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a practical training activity for students in the Medical Devices Laboratory. The activity aimed to enhance students’ scientific knowledge and practical skills in identifying, operating, and handling medical devices used in the field of optometry and eye care. The activity included introducing students to the basic principles of medical devices, explaining their components and functions, and providing practical training on their proper operation and use. Students also learned about the importance of following operating procedures, maintaining equipment accuracy, and adhering to safety standards during practical examinations. This activity is part of the Department of Optics Techniques’ ongoing efforts to develop students’ practical competencies and strengthen the connection between theoretical knowledge and laboratory applications. It also contributes to preparing qualified graduates with the scientific knowledge and technical skills necessary to work with modern medical and optical equipment.
