As part of efforts to strengthen coordination and cooperation among academic departments and units affiliated with the Student Activities Division, a meeting was held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Student Activities Room of the Engineering Technology Building at Al-Mustaqbal University. The meeting was organized and supervised by Assistant Lecturer Anas Ahmed Shakir, Student Activities Coordinator at the College of Engineering Technology, with the participation of unit coordinators from the Student Activities Division and student activities representatives from various academic departments. The meeting focused on discussing and unifying the student activities plan for November across academic departments to ensure effective organization of events and coordination of joint efforts. Participants also reviewed proposals and programs aimed at encouraging student engagement in scientific, cultural, social, and sports activities. Additionally, attendees discussed a proposal to organize a student activities camp designed to develop students' skills, promote teamwork and cooperation, and provide opportunities to participate in various activities that enhance their abilities and talents. The Department of Aviation Technology Engineering participated in the meeting through its representatives, Assistant Lecturer Hameed Baqir Karji, Student Activities Coordinator, and Assistant Lecturer Hiba Hussein Abdul Abbas, Women's Empowerment Activities Coordinator. Their participation reflects the department's commitment to actively contributing to university activity planning and strengthening collaboration with other academic departments.
