In an initiative reflecting a culture of appreciation and institutional recognition, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a ceremony to honor a distinguished group of its academic and administrative staff in recognition of their valuable efforts and contributions during their terms of responsibility. The ceremony also recognized staff members who have recently assumed new positions, reaffirming the College’s confidence in their capabilities and their role in continuing the journey of development and achievement. The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, in alignment with the vision of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, which emphasizes fostering a culture of appreciation, recognizing outstanding contributions, and strengthening cooperation and integration among academic and administrative staff to enhance institutional performance and ensure continuity, efficiency, and responsibility. This initiative highlighted the College administration’s commitment to acknowledging past achievements while supporting qualified staff members entrusted with new responsibilities.
