From Attendance Monitoring to Teaching Load Management… A New Electronic Platform Developed by Engineering Expertise at Al-Mustaqbal University. In an achievement that reflects the ability of engineering professionals to transform administrative challenges into innovative technological solutions, Engineer Mohammed Abdul Karim Razouqi, from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University, has designed a specialized electronic platform for managing and monitoring attendance and teaching loads across the college’s five academic departments. This initiative represents an important step toward building a smarter and more efficient academic management system. The platform integrates the monitoring of completed teaching hours with the recording of student attendance and absences. It also organizes academic data and transforms it into clear performance indicators, enabling the College Deanship and academic departments to monitor information more accurately and effectively, while improving administrative efficiency and accelerating task completion. This achievement reflects the vision of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, with the support and guidance of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assist.
