In institutions where relationships extend beyond administrative responsibilities, friendship becomes a symbol of belonging, and appreciation becomes a language that unites members of the university community. In this spirit, a number of academic and administrative staff members from the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University visited the Dean of the College, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, to warmly welcome him back from his travels, expressing their sincere affection, appreciation, and best wishes for his continued health and success. The visit reflected the strong human bonds and institutional harmony that characterize the College of Engineering’s environment. It also highlighted the College’s belief that success begins with people and that a workplace built on mutual respect, cooperation, and positive relationships forms the foundation for excellence and achievement. This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), particularly in promoting a positive, supportive, and respectful working environment.
