As part of the University’s ongoing efforts to monitor educational and administrative operations and enhance institutional performance, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, Assistant to the President of Al-Mustaqbal University for Scientific Affairs, visited the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies on Saturday, October 17, 2026. During the visit, he held a meeting with the department’s leadership and a number of academic and administrative staff members to review work progress and discuss key developments and challenges related to academic and administrative activities. The meeting addressed mechanisms for improving academic and administrative performance, monitoring the implementation of scientific plans, and strengthening coordination between academic and administrative staff. Discussions also focused on organizing departmental operations and improving the university working environment to enhance educational services and achieve the University’s institutional objectives. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji emphasized the importance of improving operational efficiency, fostering teamwork, addressing students’ requirements, and meeting the needs of teaching laboratories. He also highlighted the importance of resolving operational challenges and developing work procedures to support educational quality and practical training in line with the requirements of specialized academic disciplines.
